These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the The Football Stand website at thefootballstand.com (the "Site"), operated by FedirDev ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download the Site's data, or access it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or networks, or interfere with their operation;
• reproduce the Site or substantial parts of its content without our prior written consent.

2. Sports data and accuracy

Scores, standings, fixtures and statistics are sourced from a third-party sports data feed and presented as factual information, for general interest and entertainment only. Live data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after a match. We make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness, and the Site's content is not advice of any kind — do not rely on it for betting or other financial decisions.

3. Intellectual property

The Site — its design, code and original content — is owned by FedirDev and protected by intellectual-property laws. The sports data shown consists of factual information (scores, results, standings and similar match facts) sourced from a third-party feed; we claim no ownership over it. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FIFA or any league, federation or club. Team, competition and player names and any badges or logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification; see also our About page.

4. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Site fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; it may be unavailable due to maintenance, upstream data outages or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including decisions made on the basis of the data shown.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time; material changes will be announced on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may restrict access that violates these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia — except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
